Payment Terms

Accepted payment methods
TIZIRI accepts Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. All card transactions are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your card details on our servers.
Currency and pricing
All prices on the TIZIRI website are displayed and charged in UAE Dirham (AED). If your card is issued in a different currency, your bank or card provider will apply their prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. TIZIRI is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your bank.
When payment is taken
Full payment is collected at the time of checkout. Your order will not be confirmed or dispatched until payment has been successfully authorised. In the event of a failed payment, you will be notified and invited to retry with an alternative card.
Order confirmation
Once your payment has been authorised, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirmation constitutes acceptance of your order. Please retain it for your records.
Refunds and returns
TIZIRI accepts returns on unworn, unaltered items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Fragrances that have been opened are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Fraud prevention
For your protection, orders may be subject to additional verification. TIZIRI reserves the right to cancel any order where fraud is suspected, and to notify the relevant authorities where appropriate.
Secure transactions
All payment data is encrypted using TLS and processed by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. TIZIRI does not have access to your full card number at any point during or after the transaction.
